Credit Card Charge?
If you are contacting us regarding a credit card or app transaction, we do not process credit card payments at all. Look carefully at the name listed on your transactions, as it is not us. For example there is a difference between the letter i and the letter l. If you don’t recognize the transaction, dispute it with your credit card provider or bank.
